Extended Day Care
If you would like to book our Extended Day Care facility, please print and complete the booking form and post in the Extended Day post box by 9.00 am. There are also printed copies available in the Turret.

Extended Day Care
School day timings can sometimes be difficult if you need to be somewhere outside the normal school day. Downsend's Extended Day Programme means the school is open from 8.00 am in the morning at both the Pre-Preps and the Main School. In the afternoon, Pre-Prep children can stay until 5.30 pm (6.00 pm at Pre-Prep Epsom) and Main School children until 5.45 pm for a small extra charge on a regular or occasional basis, with tea available if required.
The Junior School also offers a Late Class, which is a quiet time for the children between 3.30 pm and 4.00 pm before their siblings in the Middle School finish.
This wrap around care is enhanced by the Downsend+ and Downsend Pre Prep+ holiday care schemes. Combined with term time schooling, they offer the potential to provide 50 week child care from 8.00 am to 5.30 pm
