Year 7 French Trip - Day 1

After an early start, we were soon on the Eurotunnel on our way to France.  The children had their first opportunity to practise their French, when we stopped at a service station. Various items were ordered including a "Baguette au Brie"! After driving through beautiful French countryside, we arrived at the Chateau. Once settled in, a lot of the boys went to play football (Mr Allen's team won) whilst the others relaxed at the Chateau. A wonderful dinner was served along with a birthday cake for Victoria Lulham which the Chef had made especially!
