Through-School Expansion to GCSE creating new school vacancies.
We will soon be expanding our educational provision through to GCSE – offering a through-school education from aged 2-16 years. With effect from September 2020 we will welcome Year 9 pupils on site for the first time and, in May 2023, our current Year 8 pupils will be the first Downsend pupils to sit GCSE’s.
This expansion creates a host of new job opportunities in Surrey for the right people as we prepare Downsend for the next phase of its history. We are a friendly and supportive team and we are looking for the right people to join us.

We are looking to appoint a Marketing Manager to join the team at our innovative, independent School in Leatherhead. Reporting to the Headmaster and indirectly to the Head of Marketing (South), the Marketing Manager will play a crucial role in supporting the recruitment and admission of pupils to Downsend School.
Candidates should have marketing experience gained in a similar or related role. They will have commercial awareness, creativity and the ability to implement an integrated marketing plan to support the recruitment of pupils to the school. This is a full-time, 52-week role with 25 days holiday per annum, lunch provided and free on-site parking.
